Facing a problem connecting Sllr Chat?

You might face problems when you connect Sllr Chat. 

Example: Clicking on Connect Now and nothing happens?

This is becuase your browser is not enabling popups. 

Here is how to solve it:

Android

To enable pop-ups for a website on your Android device, follow these steps:

1. Open Chrome: Launch the Chrome browser on your Android device.

2. Access Settings: Tap the three dots (menu) in the upper-right corner, then select Settings.

3. Site Settings: Scroll down and tap on Site settings.

4. Pop-ups and Redirects: Find and tap on Pop-ups and redirects.

5. Allow Pop-ups: Toggle Pop-ups and redirects to Allowed (turn it on) to enable pop-ups.

After doing this, try reloading the site that requires pop-ups. It should now allow the pop-up to display.

iPhone

To enable pop-ups for a website on your iPhone, follow these steps:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

2. Scroll down and select Safari (Or Apps, then select Safari).

3. In the Safari settings, scroll down to find the Block Pop-ups option.

4. Disable Block Pop-ups off to allow pop-ups on all sites.

If you only want to allow pop-ups for specific sites, you may need to check if Safari prompts you to allow pop-ups when you try to access the site again.

Desktop:

1. Click on this icon on your browser

2. Choose "Always allow pop-ups"

3. Try to connect Sllr Chat again
