Step 1: Go to GoDaddy:

If you already have a domain name registered with GoDaddy, proceed to step 2. Otherwise, create an account and follow these steps:

• Create an account on GoDoaddy if you don't have one.

• Use the search bar to check the availability of your desired domain name.
• Once available, add it to your cart and complete the payment process.
• Once you own the domain, continue with the steps below to connect it to your Sllr store.

You can purchase a domain from any reputable domain registrar and easily connect it to your Sllr store. However, to ensure seamless integration and avoid potential issues down the line, we recommend selecting a trusted domain provider known for its reliability and customer support.

Step 2: Configure DNS Records:

• In your GoDaddy account, navigate to the domain management section.
• Click on "View Domain Settings", then select "DNS" and "DNS Records."

• Delete any existing A records and create a new one to point your custom domain to Sllr's servers. 
• Refer to your Sllr dashboard for the necessary values to fill in this new record.

Step 3: Connect the Domain Name with Your Sllr Store:

• Access your Sllr store settings from the dashboard.
• Navigate to the "Custom Domains" section and click on "Connect Existing Domain."

• Enter your custom domain name in the provided field and click "Continue."
• Copy the provided values.
• Return to your GoDaddy account, fill in the required fields (Type A, Name @), and paste the copied values. Save the changes.
• Return to your Sllr dashboard and click "Save and Verify Connection."
