How To Connect Shopify With Sllr Chat

In today's digital age, customer communication is key to success. You can now connect your Shopfiy with Sllr Chat can significantly enhance your ability to engage with customers, provide exceptional support, and drive sales.

Step 1: Create an account on Sllr Chat

Open dashboard.sllr.co and create an account or login

Step 2: Connect Messenger or Instagram to Sllr Chat

You need to connect your Social Media account first to be able to use Sllr Chat, You can follow this article

Step 3: Start Connecting Shopify Account

Open dashboard.sllr.co
From the side menu, head to app store
Look fro Shopify and Click on Connect

You will find a few permissions that we need to get from Shopify, follow the next steps to know how to get them.

Step 4: Get Store Link

Head to Shopify dashboard and login with your account.
Open settings from the left side pannel
at the top you will find your online store link that you can copy
Go back to Sllr dashboard to the connection modal and add the link

Step 5: Get Access Token

In Shopify, open "Apps"
Head to "Apps and Sales Channel Settings"
Click on "Create an App"
Give your app a name, example "Sllr" and click on "Create".
Head to "Configuration" tab at the top
Click on "Configure" for Admin API Integration
Search for the following permissions to add
- write_draft_orders
- read_draft_orders
- write_products
- read_products
- write_customers
- read_customers
After you select these permissions, click "Save"
In the API Credentials Tab, Click o "Install App" in Access tokens section
Once the app is installed, click on "Reveal token once" and then copy the access token
Head back to Sllr Dshboard in the connection modal and past the access token
Click on connect

Open Chats from Sllr dashboard side menu
Open any conversation
Click on Share Products button to share your Shopify Prod
