Effective stock management is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and meeting customer demand. Let's explore how to manage and configure the stock appearance on your store.

            TABLE OF CONTENTS

            • Step 1: Specify Buying Conditions for Out-of-Stock Products
            • Step 2: Customize Stock Appearance
            • Step 3: Set Low Stock Notifications
            • Step 4: Review and Save

Step 1: Specify Buying Conditions for Out-of-Stock Products:

            • Access Inventory Management by navigating to Settings, then Stock Management from General Settings.
            • Choose either to show or to hide the out-of-stock products to your customers
            • Determine buying options for out-of-stock products.

Tip: It's recommended to keep the out-of-stock products displayed on your store, but disabling buying options for these products.

            Step 2: Customize Stock Appearance:

            • Determine how product stock levels are displayed on your store by showing or hiding the stock quantity.
            • Specify whether to always show the available quantity or show it after a specific quantity is remaining.

Tip: Displaying product stock levels to add a sense of urgency and scarcity, which encourages your shoppers to take action and purchase.

Step 3: Set Low Stock Notifications:

            • Configure low stock notifications to receive alerts when product stock levels fall below specified items.

Tip: Regularly monitor product inventory levels and update stock quantities as products are sold or restocked.

            Step 4: Review and Save:

            • Before finalizing changes, review stock appearance configurations to ensure accuracy.
            • Save your settings to apply changes and update product stock information on your store.
