How to Add Bulk Products to Your Store at Once

Sllr provides merchants with robust tools for managing product options that help them to improve their business. By efficiently configuring product options, you can enhance the shopping experience and cater to diverse customer preferences, which increases your sales.

With Sllr, adding products to your store is a breeze. You can add your products one by one, as we explained in a previous guide, How to Add Products to Your Store, or import multiple products (Bulk Upload). 

Step 1: Import Multiple Products

• Sign in to your Sllr account
• Go to the "Products" section, click on "Add Products", then "Import Multiple Products"
• Download the "Sllr Sample Template," open it, and start editing and adding your products.

Tip: We recommend using the attached Sllr Sample Template in this step to to know the required format and easily upload all your products and their details. The product name is required, while the rest of the elements are optional. Max number of products per sheet is 500 products.

Step 2: Add Products Data

• Add the name of each product
• Add a short description of each product under "Description"

Tip: We recommend to add your products name and descriptions in 2 langugages English and Arabic to ensure unique billingual shopping experience to your customers

• Clarify product ID or SKU so you can unlock the power of efficient inventory management. These unique identifiers act as a fingerprint for each product variant, allowing for precise tracking throughout your entire operation. 
  
  
• Categorize Your Product: Identify the category in which you want your products to appear. 

Hint: Categorizing your products smooth the search experience to your customers and enhance their overall shopping experience.

• Set Product Price:
  Display the price of each product and consider offering discounts to increase your sales. Also, highlight the original and discounted prices to attract more customers and encourage them to make a purchasing decision through “Price” and “Original price”. 
  
  
• Manage Inventory Details:
  Specify the quantity of each product and its stock under the "Quantity" column.
  
  
• Set Product Visibility:
  If you want the product to be visible to all of your customers, under the "Active" column, make sure to write "TRUE". If you want to restrict visibility and display it to you only, write "False," so in this case, your customers will not be able to see the product in your store.
  
  
• Configure Product Variations (if applicable):
  If your product comes in different variations (e.g., size, color), specify details of the available options, such as pricing, quantity, and the available options of each variation. Make sure to add them under "Option" and "Option value".
  
  
• Finally, upload the link of the image product under "Image URL". so add high-quality images to attract your customers and show them product details.

Note: We recommend in this step to upload your product images to a source such as: ImagePost instead of Google Drive to avoid any problem that may occur when your product image appears to your customer.

• Review and Save:
  Before finalizing, review the product details to ensure accuracy and completeness. Once satisfied, save the file. 

Step 3: Upload Products Data on Your Store

• Go back to your Sllr dashboard and upload your product file, then click "Upload File" to seamlessly integrate it into your store's catalog, ready for customers to explore and purchase.
  

• You can easily modify any product by clicking on it, choosing Bulk Edit to add more images and available options, or making any other modifications to your product details.
