            How to Set Your Store Return Policy

            A return policy is a set of guidelines that outlines the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges. By having a clear policy, you can save time by avoiding having customers ask questions about it. Additionally, having a return policy can help build trust with your customers, as they will know what to expect when purchasing from your store.


            Sllr offers two ready-made return policy templates in 2 different formats in both English and Arabic.

            • Customize Your Policy:
            • Policy Templates

            Access Your Store Policies

            • Navigate to the policies over your store settings section on the dashboard.
            • Enables the Return Policy section to be displayed on your store home page.


            Customize Your Policy:

            • Specify whether it’s allowed or not to make a return after confirming a purchase.


            • Clarify the allowed timeframe for returns and its applied charges if any.


            • Select between 2 ready-made templates and modify them based on your specific terms and policies.


            • Customize your own version, and make sure to cover the sections of return eligibility, timeframes, conditions, and procedures to align with your business practices.


            Publish Your Policy:

            • Once you've customized your return policy to your satisfaction, press the "Publish Changes" button to make your return policy visible on your store to customers.
